- All orders are subject to product availability at the time of ordering. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the original payment method in full.
- Renaissancetrend is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provide. If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund you in full.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 working days, depending on the product. Some products (such as beds) may take longer to deliver, which will be stated on the product page.
- You can request express delivery for an additional charge. Express delivery takes 3-5 working days.
- Unless there are special circumstances, we strive to deliver your product within the delivery time indicated on the product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping company or courier handling the delivery.
- Some products may take longer to deliver depending on supplier availability. We will notify you if this happens.
- Our delivery obligations are fulfilled when we deliver the product to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the product after it has been delivered.
The availability and prices of the items offered on the Website are subject to change without notice. Renaissancetrend strives to ensure that the prices quoted on the Website reflect the current stock levels of the items, but we do not guarantee that the items will be in stock when you place your order. If the items you order are out of stock, renaissancetrend will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for those items.
Shipping Instructions and Charges
If you have any special delivery instructions, please indicate them at checkout. We will pass these on to the shipping company or courier, but cannot guarantee that they will be followed. Renaissancetrend is not responsible for the shipping company or courier’s failure to follow your instructions.
Some rural areas may charge additional charges depending on the shipping or courier’s regulations. If any goods or services you order are incorrectly priced, we will contact you and ask you to confirm the correct price before processing your order.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain areas or in certain circumstances, for example:
- if the item is from a different supplier,
- if the item is large or bulky, or
- if the destination is not regularly served by a courier.
In such circumstances, we reserve the right to re-quote delivery.
Warranty:
The products we sell are covered by a warranty provided by our South African distributor. If there is no distributor, the manufacturer’s warranty is provided.
If a product fails during the warranty period, you can return the product to us and we will send it to the manufacturer or its official distributor for assessment.
This warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear.
The product manufacturer or official distributor will decide whether to repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.
Their decision is final and we will not entertain any appeals or complaints.
Before returning any product, you must contact us so that we can provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
If the product you ordered is defective within 7 days of receiving your order, we will cover the cost of returning and redelivering the product.
If the manufacturer or official distributor of the product deems the fault not covered by the warranty terms and conditions, then you will have to pay for the return and shipping costs of the product.
If the product you ordered is faulty after 7 days of receiving your order and is still under warranty, you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from us.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we strive to get your product to you within the estimated timeframe. However, we rely on couriers/shipping companies to handle the final stages of the delivery process.
Renaissancetrend is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers/shipping companies, but we always hold them accountable for any unreasonable delays.
