The goods must be in their original condition, with packaging, labels and fingerprints (if there are any in the packaging). Also, unused and unwashed! For products with the original manufacturer’s box, it is important not to tear the box and put the product back in the original box.

Deadline for exchanging items
The customer has the right to exchange the item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. After you contact us, we will try to organize a courier to pick up the item as soon as possible. It is important that the product you send must be sent by a courier company we work with to ensure the most efficient delivery.

After receiving and checking the exchange goods you sent to us, we will contact you to choose a replacement product and send it as soon as possible.

The 30-day period means that we receive and exchange the product within this period,the customer sent it on time. After the 30-day period has expired, it will no longer be possible to exchange.

Postage when exchanging goods
When exchanging goods, the postage in both directions is borne by the buyer. Deviations only occur in the case of our mistakes, i.e. Sending wrong or defective goods, as well as wrong sizes – in this case we cover the postage for both!

In case of cancellation, the customer has the right to a refund. The right to a refund can be exercised within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this period, the products cannot be returned. After receiving the goods from us and checking the products, we are obliged to refund the money to the customer as soon as possible. When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and labels intact!
